RMA Submission Form

RMA Request

      1) Complete the Request Form in its entirety. Incomplete forms may result in delays.

      2) Pictures of damage and serial number plate on unit(s) must accompany claims for unit returns. Unit must be returned in original packaging to prevent further damage and to prevent repackaging charges on return units.

      3) You must have an RMA # on all returned items. RMA number will be sent after receipt of Request Form.

      4) In some cases, warranty will be determined after return and inspection of unit(s).

      VISIBLE DAMAGE
      If the packaging, containers, boxes, bundles, or packing material show visible signs of damage upon delivery, refuse the order/unit(s). You must note visible damage on both your copy and the freight carrier's copy of the freight bill before signing the receipt of goods document. If you choose to accept the shipment and not send it back to AquaComfort Solutions, you will be responsible to file all claims directly with the Freight Company, not with AquaComfort Solutions.

      CONCEALED DAMAGE
      Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 36 hours of delivery. Beyond this time frame, you will have no recourse with the carrier for a Concealed Damage freight claim.

      RETURN SHIPPING POLICY & PROCEDURE
      You MUST obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) # prior to returning items to AquaComfort Solutions. Items returned without an RMA # will be refused. Returns must be shipped with freight prepaid and insured via the carrier of your choice and must arrive at AquaComfort Solutions within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on all return orders if applicable.
